Litigation Associate

Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus, P.C. is a union side Labor and ERISA law firm with an opening for a litigation associate. Candidates should have:

  • ·3-4 years litigation experience, including experience in federal courts;
  • ·1+ year of experience in union side ERISA and Labor law litigation;
  • ·experience drafting pleadings and motions in NY State and federal courts;
  • ·experience managing discovery in NY State and federal courts;
  • ·strong research and writing skills;
  • admitted to practice in New York;
  • ·admission to federal courts preferred.

 

The position will give you the opportunity to work with and learn from our experienced legal team that represent our labor unions and multiemployer benefit funds.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year plus benefits
