Over the years, Joel has regularly served as an instructor in labor relations programs at Rutgers IMLR, Cornell ILR, FMCS, AAA, and on numerous programs of organizations in the labor-management field. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, Cornell ILR Alumni Association and is a former Executive Board member of the Association of Labor Relations Agencies. A graduate of Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Joel received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
