This is the 2025 fellowship description for this mentor organization.
We represent the un-represented. For over 20 years, our firm has endeavored to help clients navigate employment and labor law issues. We have successfully represented clients in trials, appeals, mediations, arbitrations and before administrative bodies. Our practice areas include employment discrimination and harassment, union representation, employee benefits and protections, wage and overtime issues, employment and severance agreements, and public/government employee rights and grievances.
The Fellow will be expected to complete research projects, draft litigation documents, review discovery, draft Unfair Labor Practice charges, prepare for arbitration hearings, write demand letters, and help clients through administrative proceedings. The Fellow will work on a variety of issues with multiple attorneys across all practice areas.
We have offices in Seattle, Washington and Salt Lake City, Utah. The selected applicant will be expected to work in office. Applicants should indicate their location preference in their application.
The compensation for the 10-week fellowship is $25 to $35 per hour.
