Fusco Gallagher & Porcaro LLP is a full service union side labor law and benefit plan firm representing local and international unions, union officers, employees, ERISA governed health and welfare and pension plans, VEBAs, and the trustees of such plans. The firm serves as local counsel to many international unions and represents many Ohio based local unions. The firm represents a wide-array of labor organizations with members - blue collar, white collar, skilled and unskilled - in numerous industries in both the public and private sectors.
