Overview
The 26th Annual National Law Students Workers' Rights Conference is returning to Baltimore!
Our 2023 Conference was an incredible gathering in PBF's hometown, Philadelphia. Attended by over 200 law students with over 50 presenters from across the country, the 2023 NLSWRC brought a community of progressive and like-minded law students, lawyers, and organizers together to explore the future of workers’ rights and workplace justice lawyering.
Planning for the 2024 NLSWRC is underway. For information on sponsoring, attending, or presenting, reach out to info@peggybrowningfund.org. We'd love to hear from you!
When: Friday & Saturday October 18 & 19, 2024
Where: Maritime Conference Center, 692 Maritime Blvd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090
With multiple substantive workshops, networking breakout rooms, and plenary session, the conference will give each participant additional insight into becoming an advocate for workers and their families. Students will:
- gain a greater understanding of the current and upcoming labor issues facing American workers;
- supplement their labor and workers' rights courses with in-depth information on worker and union-side labor law; and
- network with fellow law students, top labor attorneys, professors, nonprofit practitioners and others.
Conference questions may be addressed to the PBF team at info@peggybrowningfund.org. Sponsorship questions may be addressed to Rachel Del Rossi, Executive Director, at rdelrossi@peggybrowningfund.org.
